Where your time goes

How much of the process still happens because you remember to do it?

Tap the ones that sound like your week.

These are the gaps the assessment looks for. We trace how work actually moves through your business, including the steps that still depend on someone noticing, remembering or stepping in.

Your expertise and customer relationships stay at the centre. The assessment finds where practical systems could support that work.

How it works

Start with one customer journey. Leave with three priorities.

The $750 Marketing & Systems Assessment gives us a focused way to investigate the problem before choosing a solution.

  1. Show me where things get stuck.

Complete a short intake and join a 45-minute discovery session. We look across getting customers, handling enquiries, follow-up, content and repetitive work to find the main bottleneck.

  2. We follow the handoffs.

I review one main customer journey across up to five core tools: where information goes, who takes over, and what still needs manual handling.

The findings separate confirmed problems, suspected problems and what already works. I'll look at what your existing software can do before recommending another subscription.

  3. You get a practical order of action.

Three prioritized next actions, with the reasons, dependencies and rough implementation costs. A recorded walkthrough and 30-minute review help you decide what to do next.

The plan may recommend connecting tools, changing a process, gathering more evidence, or leaving a working system in place.

Who you'll work with

One person who can follow the problem across your setup.

I'm Chris Latham. My work connects marketing, websites, email, CRM, automation and internal workflows.

That means I can investigate a problem across tools, help implement the right fix, and show your team how to use it.

Client work

Getting enquiry information into the CRM

Paid ads+E-commerce site+Booking platform/CRM

The problem
A client had paid ads, an e-commerce site, a separate booking platform and a CRM. The team couldn't clearly tell paid leads apart from other enquiries.
What I did
Used dedicated Google Ads and Facebook tracking numbers, source-specific landing pages and forms, and automation to pass source information into the CRM.
The reported result
Clearer visibility for enquiries coming through the designated ad routes.

Other enquiries were grouped separately, without necessarily identifying their exact sources. Payment and revenue integration remained in progress.

Client work

Fixing problems across email and website tools

Email+Website pop-ups+Plugin

The problem
An e-commerce business preparing a Black Friday campaign had email delivery problems and website pop-ups that weren't displaying correctly.
What I did
Corrected email authentication records, trained the client on sending practices, and fixed a plugin setup issue affecting the pop-ups.
The result
Completed technical changes.

The documented work doesn't show a measured improvement in inbox placement, sales or campaign performance.

After the assessment

Once we know the priority, we can build around it.

You don't have to arrive knowing which service you need. The assessment comes first. If you want help afterward, these are possible next steps.

How implementation projects work

Implementation windows start when the agreed access, information, materials and approvals are available. Each project includes testing, documentation, and a team walkthrough or training. Starter scopes are confirmed after the assessment; larger projects get a separate scope. Software and specialist costs are separate.

Payment is 85% to start and 15% after agreed completion tests pass, with 14 days to correct defects in the delivered work.

Is this right for you?

For owners ready to change how the work gets done.

Who it's for

Owners who already have customers, enquiries and active marketing, but keeping everything connected still takes their attention.

What you'll need to do

Bring the context, provide the agreed information and access, and take part in the two sessions. If the plan recommends implementation, that work has its own budget and scope.

Will the assessment itself take these tasks off my plate?

The assessment identifies and prioritizes improvements. Building the workflows or making the changes is separate implementation work.

Do I have to use you for implementation?

No. You keep the findings and can act on them yourself, with your team, or with another provider.

What if I still don't know what to do next?

If the assessment doesn't give you an evidence-backed explanation and clear next steps, I'll revise it once. If it still doesn't meet that standard, I'll refund the assessment fee.
